Ready for a summer concert? You already have the cutest outfit planned…now the last thing you should be doing is taking forever to do your hair. You are going to be dancing and singing, and there might be a chance that it is outdoors. That’s why it’s important to have a ‘do that is both weather and dance proof.

I partnered with Patnene to help you get concert ready with the perfect hairstyles for any music event you have coming up!

For these hairstyles, my first step was use the Pantene Expert Intense Hydration Shampoo and Conditioner. First impression? Great smell! Second impression? The name does not lie! My hair felt instantly hydrated and smooth. These products are a must for dry hair like mine!

From time to time (once a week if we want to be more specific) our dry hair needs a little more help. The solution: Pantene Pro-V 3 Minute Miracle Moisture Renewal Deep Conditioner. Using a deep conditioner like this one is a great idea before an outdoor music festival…it will help to prevent frizz without leaving your hair with a heavy or greasy feeling.

Let’s get started:

1: MUSIC FESTIVAL: 2 bohemian fishtail braids.

I really like this hairstyle because you can wear it with hats, flower crowns or any hair accessory (which are a must during a music festival). The safe bet is to do only one fishtail
, but two will bring the bohemian look to another level.

  • Part your hair perfectly down the middle.
  • I’m going to add extensions because I love how this hairstyle looks with a lot of volume and length. However, if you have luscious long hair, you don’t need them at all!!

  • Do two long ponytails. When securing the elastic, keep it loose because we are going to take it off after we are done with the braids. This only helps do fishtail braids easier and faster.
  • Do a fishtail on each ponytail. Fishtails are easier than they look, I think even easier than french braids.

  •  Open the braid with your fingers so they look bigger and prettier.
  • Remove the elastics that you put when doing the ponytail. If you don’t mind cutting them, do so.

2. TRENDY POP CONCERT: 2 mini french braids
If you are more on the trendy side, you know that wearing 2 french braids is all the  rage at the moment. However, I love this fun version! Tt will keep your hair off your face
and it works for shorter hair lengths too.

  • Part your hair down the middle.
  •  Section off what you are going to braid. You can do the braids as big or small as you want. I like tying the rest of my hair with an elastic, that way I don’t confuse the section I just created with the rest of the hair.

  • Do two small french braids on each side of your head. The directions of the braids should be towards the back. End in a regular 3 strand braid and secure with an elastic.

3. ELECTRIC MUSIC CONCERT: 2 funky buns.

If you are daring, this look is for YOU. It definitely has a 90s pop vibe, but paired with a cool outfit (isn’t my Simpson sweater the coolest?) and a dark lip,  it takes the look to another level! This hairstyle is also great for all the ladies who just want to dance and have fun and not worry about your hair, but still look pretty cute. Am I right!?

  • Part your hair down the middle

  • Do two high ponytails. I like applying hairspray while brushing my hair towards the ponytail to make sure all my baby hairs are cooperating with me!

  •  Twist the ponytails to do small buns and secure them with an elastic (and bobby pins, if needed). to enjoy the good weather and the good music!!
Are you attending any concerts soon? Which one of these three would you wear? XOXO
