This is my second year spending the Holidays in Miami without my family. It's definitely bittersweet since I'd love to be spending them in Venezuela. My best friend from high school used to say that "friends are the family you choose for yourself"- and this saying is even more true during the Holidays where I feel very grateful for the "family I have chosen".

To make new Holiday traditions and take advantage of this amazing cold front we are having in Miami,  we headed to Santa's Enchanted Forest with UBER and a couple of friends from AUSTRIA!

In case you are not from Miami, it is the WORLD's Largest Holiday Theme Park and Carnival. With the tallest Christmas tree light show in South Florida, it has over 100 rides, shows, games and attractions.

We invited our friends Nelly and Mike to come with us and they were so excited to join us (you have to check out their V-logs). They don't have a car in Miami- which only proves how convenient Uber is around the city. Using the multiple destinations, they picked us up in an uberXL and we continued to this fun Holiday destination. This is one of my favorite features of the app, because it allows you to add up to two stops along your route- perfect for picking up or dropping off friends for any Holiday party. Plus the uberXL option lets you head to your destination with more friends (up to 6!). Or if you want to arrive in style, uberBlack offers high-end black cars and professional drivers- I have a feeling this will be my go-to for next week's date night to go see the nutcracker.

The last time we were there, it was in 2009 (woah time flies) and I remember the lines being so long.  Hence why we decided to head there on a Monday, and it was best decision! There was absolutely no lines, we were able to get on the rides we wanted, take pictures with all the lights,  walk around, and eat yummy carnival food.

Because of the festive Christmas Music and the cold weather, we felt like we were in another part of the world.

Thank you Uber for sponsoring this post. All opinions are my own.
